To prepare rose, first gather fresh flowers have increased. To do so, during the morning after the dew has evaporated. Put the petals in a glass, stainless steel or enamel saucepan and cover with distilled water. Weigh the floating petals with a heat-resistant glass dish. Place the saucepan over low heat and allow the pot to release the steam for at least an hour. You should begin to see drops of rose oil floating on the water surface. Do not allow water to a boil. When the water took a pink tint, feels thicker and softer, and shows evidence of rose oil on its surface, strain the liquid through a tea strainer, using your fingers to press all liquids petals. Store in the refrigerator. Apply to face with a cotton.
NEVER use rose petals that have been sprayed with any kind of pesticides to be pink! Remember to use only enough water to cover distilled rose petals. Otherwise, the solution becomes increasingly diluted. Please remember to use only the petals, sepals not stamens, covered with green foliage or support holding the petals in their group.
